SIM Lab Officially Launches on September 1, 2026

We are pleased to announce that SIM Lab (Semiconductor Integration Materials Laboratory) officially launches on September 1, 2026, at the Division of Materials Science and Engineering, Hanyang University, under the direction of Prof. Junyoung Kwon.

The lab’s research will focus on 2D semiconductor materials and their integration into next-generation logic and memory devices, with particular emphasis on monolithic 3D integration and contact engineering.
